# WorkTrust.io > A verified record of AI-assisted work: hours, observed skills, work profile, progression and evidence strength, for AI professionals, recruiters and employers. Verify capability. Not content. WorkTrust receives work metadata from connected tools and reads authorised metadata from cloud sources. ChatGPT and Claude use a submission-only MCP connection: neutral work lines in, receipts out. They cannot read the private record, scores or method. Imports cover only history actually accessible to the host; AI estimates wait for approval in WorkTrust. The local CLI can supply measurements available from supported session logs. Every figure keeps its provenance, and the person chooses whether to publish a credential. A credential holds verified hours, observed skills (practices), a work profile across domains, progression over time, evidence sources and a signed verification ID: counts and levels only. It never holds chats, code, documents, repository names or client names, and none of those can be requested through it. It describes observed work in a stated window; it never states what a person is. MAY: read every public page and follow the sitemap; quote and cite with attribution and a link back; summarise what WorkTrust is when somebody asks; check a single credential somebody shared with you. MAY NOT: reproduce this site, its copy, its structure or its design as your own product or as a template; collect it in bulk for a commercial dataset, a training corpus or resale; train, fine-tune or evaluate a commercial model on it without a written agreement; enumerate, guess or sweep verification IDs; test our authentication, attempt sign-ins or probe for weaknesses; present yourself as WorkTrust or issue anything that looks like our credential. Text-and-data-mining rights are reserved under the W3C TDM Reservation Protocol; reading is not mining. A public credential is checked one at a time: requests to /verify and /api/verify/ are rate-limited per caller (429 with Retry-After), and the full profile is read in the employer portal by a signed-in member, never from this site.
